Introduction

At Crazy DTF, we value creativity and are committed to respecting intellectual property rights. Our platform allows customers to upload their own artwork, logos, images, and designs to be printed using high-quality DTF transfer technology for personal projects, small businesses, apparel brands, bulk orders, and commercial use.

These Terms of Service outline the rules and expectations for using Crazy DTF’s Services, including your responsibilities as a customer regarding artwork ownership, copyright compliance, intellectual property rights, custom product approval, and proper product usage.

By accessing CrazyDTF.com, placing an order, uploading artwork, or using any of our Services, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Service.

User Responsibilities

Content Ownership

By uploading any artwork, images, logos, text, graphics, or designs to Crazy DTF, you confirm that you either:

Own the full rights to the uploaded content; or
Have obtained explicit permission, license, or authorization from the original copyright, trademark, or intellectual property owner to use the content for printing, reproduction, and commercial or personal use.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate the rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, publicity rights, privacy rights, or any other intellectual property rights.

Artwork Accuracy and Approval

Crazy DTF prints customer-submitted artwork as provided. You are responsible for reviewing all files, sizes, colors, spelling, transparency, layout, positioning, image quality, resolution, and final artwork before placing your order.

Orders created through the Gang Sheet Builder are printed exactly as arranged by the customer. By submitting your order, you approve the final layout and understand that design accuracy, sizing, spacing, and file quality are your responsibility.

Crazy DTF is not responsible for issues caused by low-resolution artwork, incorrect sizing, unwanted backgrounds, spelling errors, wrong file uploads, poor image quality, customer-approved layout mistakes, or artwork that was not prepared correctly for printing.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crazy DTF, CrazyDTF.com, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, legal actions, or expenses arising from content you submit, upload, purchase, reproduce, or use.

This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to copyright infringement, trademark infringement, intellectual property disputes, unauthorized use of artwork, violation of third-party rights, or misuse of our products.

Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from uploading, submitting, ordering, or requesting the printing of any content that:

Infringes copyrights, trademarks, logos, brand names, characters, artwork, or any other intellectual property rights;
You do not own or do not have permission to reproduce;
Is illegal, threatening, defamatory, obscene, hateful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate;
Promotes violence, discrimination, harassment, or unlawful activity;
Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

Crazy DTF reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any order or uploaded content that we believe may violate these Terms of Service, applicable law, or the rights of another party.

Violations of these terms may result in order cancellation, refusal of service, account suspension, or termination of access to Crazy DTF Services without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

Respect for Rights

Crazy DTF respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all customers to do the same. You may not upload, submit, or request the printing of content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other protected materials.

All artwork, files, and designs uploaded by customers remain the responsibility of the customer. Crazy DTF does not claim ownership of customer-submitted artwork, but we may use uploaded files solely as necessary to process, print, fulfill, review, or support your order.

Infringement Claims

If we receive a complaint, notice, or claim that uploaded content violates another party’s intellectual property rights, Crazy DTF may investigate the matter and may remove, reject, or cancel the related order or content without prior notice.

Repeat violations or serious infringement claims may result in account suspension, termination, refusal of service, or other appropriate action.

If you believe content submitted through Crazy DTF infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at info@crazydtf.com with detailed information about the claimed infringement.

Custom Products and Order Acceptance

All Crazy DTF products are custom-made to order. Once production has started, orders may not be eligible for cancellation, refund, change, or modification.

Crazy DTF reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected intellectual property infringement, prohibited content, payment issues, technical errors, pricing errors, production limitations, or violation of these Terms of Service.

If an order is canceled before production due to an issue on our side, we may issue a refund or contact you for additional information. If an order is canceled due to customer-submitted prohibited content or violation of these Terms, refund eligibility will be reviewed at Crazy DTF’s discretion.

Product Usage and Application

Crazy DTF provides custom DTF transfers that must be applied using proper heat press equipment, temperature, pressure, time, peeling method, fabric compatibility, and care instructions.

Final results may vary depending on your artwork quality, garment material, heat press equipment, application method, pressure, temperature accuracy, washing method, and overall handling.

It is the customer’s responsibility to test transfers, confirm garment compatibility, follow recommended pressing instructions, and ensure proper application. Crazy DTF does not guarantee results if products are applied incorrectly or used outside our recommended guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

Crazy DTF shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to business interruption, lost profits, loss of goodwill, missed events, production delays, replacement labor, garment costs, customer claims, resale losses, or any damages arising from the use, misuse, resale, or inability to use our products.

Our responsibility is strictly limited to the value of the original order placed directly with Crazy DTF. We do not accept liability for any costs, damages, claims, or losses involving third parties, end customers, resellers, customer projects, garments, labor, events, or downstream use of our products.

All products are custom-made, and proper application depends on the customer’s equipment, materials, and methods. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct pressing settings, garment compatibility, and care instructions are followed.

By purchasing from Crazy DTF, you agree that any claims related to defective, damaged, or incorrect products must be made directly by the original purchaser within 7 days of delivery, with clear photo or video evidence of the issue. Claims made after this period, or submitted by third parties, end customers, or resellers, will not be accepted.

Shipping and Carrier Responsibility

Crazy DTF ships orders using express shipping services. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier operations, location, customs clearance, weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit, handling, tracking updates, delivery timing, and carrier-related events rests with the carrier.

Crazy DTF is not responsible for delays, losses, damages, customs holds, failed deliveries, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, customs procedures, import processing, government inspections, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Policy Updates

Crazy DTF reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on CrazyDTF.com. Continued use of our Services after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms of Service.
