Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Express Shipping via UPS

All Crazy DTF orders are shipped via UPS Express, providing fast, secure, and fully trackable delivery for your custom DTF transfers.

Estimated Delivery Time

Express shipments are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free Express Shipping

Crazy DTF offers free UPS Express shipping on all orders over $50.

Production & Origin

Our DTF transfers are manufactured at one of our professional production facilities and shipped directly via UPS Express to provide consistent quality, fast turnaround, and reliable delivery.

Because all Crazy DTF products are custom-made to order, production begins after your order and artwork are submitted successfully.

Order Processing

We aim to process and ship most weekday orders within 24 hours.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside regular production hours will be processed on the next business day.

Custom orders, large-volume orders, bulk gang sheet orders, or orders requiring additional review may require extra processing time. If additional time is needed, customers may be notified with an estimated dispatch timeline.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Crazy DTF is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@crazydtf.com. We will do our best to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has started.

Carrier Delays & Customs

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, transit time, handling, tracking updates, delivery timing, and carrier-related events are the responsibility of the carrier.

Crazy DTF is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, import processing, government inspections, weather events, holidays, service disruptions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

Crazy DTF shall not be held liable for delays, losses, damages, customs holds, delivery issues, or carrier-related events caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, import processing, government inspections, weather events, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been successfully handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit, handling, delivery timing, tracking updates, and carrier-related events rests with the carrier.

Crazy DTF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages, customs holds, missed events, business interruption, lost profits, loss of goodwill, or inability to use delivered products.

Our liability for any shipping-related issue is strictly limited to the value of the original order placed directly with Crazy DTF.

We do not accept liability for any claims, costs, or damages involving third parties, including but not limited to end customers, resellers, carrier actions, customs-related procedures, delayed deliveries, or events beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it will be considered fulfilled.

Crazy DTF is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, inaccessible, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is accurate and that the delivery location is safe and secure.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, or the carrier directly.
