We recommend uploading PNG or PDF files for the best results. Accepted formats may include PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, and EPS depending on the product upload option.

For best print quality, upload files at 300 DPI and use a transparent background when needed.

If color accuracy is important, we recommend preparing and uploading your artwork in CMYK color mode.

Please remember that colors may look different between screens and printed transfers because monitors display color with light, while DTF printing uses ink.

Orders are generally printed exactly as uploaded or arranged. If you need background removal, please leave a clear note at checkout.

Automated background removal tools may sometimes create unexpected results, so always review your final artwork carefully before placing your order.

Most weekday orders are ready within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Large-volume orders, custom orders, or orders with file issues may require additional processing time.

Crazy DTF ships with UPS Express. Delivery is typically 1–3 business days after the package is handed over to the carrier.

Yes. Crazy DTF offers free UPS Express shipping on orders over $50.

Use a heat press with firm, even pressure. General DTF pressing settings are usually around 320°F / 160°C for 15 seconds, followed by a quick repress after peeling.

Always test first when working with new garments, fabrics, or equipment. Final results depend on temperature, pressure, time, fabric type, and washing method.

After pressing, peel the film while hot, then repress for a few seconds to improve durability and finish.

When applied correctly, DTF transfers are durable, flexible, and made for repeated wear and washing.

For best results, wash garments inside out with cold water, avoid fabric softener, and avoid high-heat tumble drying.

Because DTF transfers are custom-made, orders cannot always be changed or canceled once production has started.
