Return Policy
Because all Crazy DTF products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on DTF transfer orders unless the item is proven to be defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our production error.
This policy applies to all custom DTF transfers, including gang sheets, gang sheet builder orders, upload gang sheet orders, and DTF transfers by size.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, Crazy DTF will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost, including shipping.
To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- The claim must be submitted by the original purchaser within 7 days of delivery.
- You must provide your order number.
- You must include clear photos or a video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
- The issue must be related to a production error, printing defect, damage, or incorrect product received.
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery, or submitted by third parties such as your customer, reseller, or end user, will not be accepted.
Custom Artwork and File Responsibility
Crazy DTF prints customer-submitted files as provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all artwork, sizing, layout, spelling, image quality, transparency, colors, and placement before submitting an order.
We are not responsible for issues caused by low-resolution files, incorrect sizing, unwanted backgrounds, spelling errors, wrong file uploads, poor image quality, color differences caused by file setup, or artwork arranged incorrectly by the customer.
For best results, we recommend uploading high-resolution artwork at 300 DPI, using transparent backgrounds when needed, and preparing files in CMYK color mode when color accuracy is important.
Gang Sheet Builder Orders
Orders created with the Gang Sheet Builder are printed exactly as arranged by the customer. Please review your final layout carefully before checkout. Design accuracy, spacing, sizing, and final layout approval are the customer’s responsibility.
Automated tools such as background removal or image editing may occasionally produce unexpected results. Crazy DTF is not responsible for customer-approved layouts or automated editing results if the order is submitted without further review.
Pressing and Application Responsibility
All DTF transfers must be applied using proper heat press settings, pressure, garment compatibility, and care instructions. Crazy DTF is not responsible for application issues caused by incorrect temperature, time, pressure, peeling method, fabric type, washing method, or use outside our recommended guidelines.
Limitation of Liability
Crazy DTF shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to business interruption, lost profits, loss of goodwill, production delays, missed events, or damages arising from the use, misuse, resale, or inability to use our products.
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the original order placed directly with Crazy DTF. We do not accept responsibility for any costs, claims, or damages related to third parties, end users, resales, customer projects, or downstream use of our products.
All Crazy DTF products are custom-made, and final results may depend on the quality of the submitted artwork, the materials used, the customer’s equipment, and the application method.
